However, the effect of sevoflurane on focal brain ischemia-reperfusion injury and its regulatory mechanism are still unclear.This study aims to explore the effect of sevoflurane on focal brain ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and its regulatory mechanism, in order to provide more reliable evidence for the clinical application of sevoflurane.Firstly, the therapeutic effect of sevoflurane was observed in the focal brain ischemia-reperfusion model of rats, and the effect of sevoflurane on neuronal survival rate was evaluated.
