In order to improve the efficiency of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst, it is necessary to study its performance and optimize its synthesis process. However, the complex synthesis process and multiple influencing factors make it difficult to accurately predict the performance of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst. Therefore, this study aims to establish a BP neural network prediction model of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst performance, based on the analysis of the relationship between the synthesis process and the performance of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst. The model will provide guidance for the optimization of the synthesis process and the improvement of the catalytic performance of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst.Methodology: 1) Preparation of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst samples by hydrothermal synthesis method, with different synthesis parameters such as temperature, time, pH, and so on.2) Characterization of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst samples, including XRD, SEM, BET, FT-IR, NH3-TPD, and other methods.3) Establishment of BP neural network prediction model, based on the input parameters including synthesis temperature, synthesis time, pH value, silicate:alumina ratio, and the output parameters including activity, selectivity and stability of the catalyst.4) Training and testing the BP neural network model, and evaluating its prediction accuracy.Expected Results:1) A comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the synthesis process and the performance of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst.2) An accurate and reliable BP neural network prediction model of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst performance.3) Guidance for the optimization of the synthesis process and the improvement of the catalytic performance of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst.Conclusion:精品文档---下载后可任意编辑The establishment of BP neural network prediction model of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst performance is a valuable attempt to improve the efficiency of MCM-22 zeolite catalyst.
