Therefore, this project aims to research and design a MEMS capacitive accelerometer continuous closed-loop readout circuit.Objectives:The main objectives of this project are:1. To study the working principle of MEMS capacitive accelerometers and their continuous closed-loop readout circuit.2. To evaluate the performance of different readout circuit topologies and choose the best-suited topology.3. To design and simulate the chosen topology using software tools such as Cadence Virtuoso and MATLAB.4. To implement and test the designed circuit on a PCB and validate its performance through experimental measurements.Methodology:The project will be carried out in the following phases:1. Literature review: A comprehensive review of published research and academic literature related to MEMS capacitive accelerometers, their working principle, and continuous closed-loop readout circuits will be conducted.
