Mo and Ru are common alloying elements in nickel-based single crystal high-temperature alloys, which can improve their thermal stability and oxidation resistance. The study shows that Mo and Ru have important effects on the mechanical properties and high-temperature creep properties of high-temperature alloys. In addition, the addition of Mo and Ru also affects the grain growth and phase transformation behavior of the material.
