精品文档---下载后可任意编辑UPLC-MS/MS 测定 14 种农产品中噻虫嗪和噻虫胺残留的讨论的开题报告【摘 要】本项目旨在开展一项分析 14 种农产品中噻虫嗪和噻虫胺残留的UPLC-MS/MS 测定讨论。噻虫嗪和噻虫胺是一种广泛使用的杀虫剂,但长期以来,其残留量对人体健康和环境安全造成的潜在风险引起了广泛关注。因此,建立一种高效、准确、灵敏的定量分析方法用于噻虫嗪和噻虫胺残留的检测是非常必要的。在该项目中,将收集包括蔬菜、水果、谷物和茶叶等 14 种常见农产品样品,样品的前处理采纳超声波提取技术,获得清洁的提取液进行UPLC 分析。在分析过程中,将选用 ABI 4000 QTRAP 三重四极杆质谱仪结合 UPLC 进行定性和定量分析。同时,通过内标法校正加标回收率。建立标准曲线、检验方法的可靠性和灵敏度。最后,在优化实验参数后,确立最优的分析方法。在此基础上,将分别进行 14 种农产品中噻虫嗪和噻虫胺残留的测定和分析,确认其是否超过国家相关标准。【关键词】噻虫嗪,噻虫胺,残留,超声波提取,UPLC-MS/MS【Abstract】This project aims to conduct a UPLC-MS/MS determination of thiacloprid and acetamiprid residues in 14 types of agricultural products. Thiacloprid and acetamiprid are widely used insecticides, but their potential risks to human health and environmental safety caused by residual amounts have attracted widespread attention for a long time. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish an efficient, accurate, and sensitive quantitative analysis method for the detection of thiacloprid and acetamiprid residues.In this project, 14 common agricultural product samples including vegetables, fruits, grains, and tea will be collected. The sample pretreatment will adopt ultrasonic extraction technology, and the clean extract will be obtained for UPLC analysis. At the same time, the internal standard method will be used to calibrate the recovery rate of the standard sample.
