MW汽轮发电机组调试阶段多重振动问题分析

刘刚辽宁清河发电有限责任公司，辽宁，铁岭，邮编摘要：对#9 机 600MW 汽轮发电机组调试阶段出现的多重振动问题进行了分析。介绍了该型机组轴系动平衡方案，分析了平衡中出现的一些异常现象，如瓦振过于敏感、轴振/瓦振矛盾等，讨论了发电机后轴承塑料油档摩擦以及传感器支架刚度不足引起的不稳定振动现象和原因，并对发电机前轴承出现的二倍频振动等也进行了讨论。关键词：汽轮机 发电机 振动 故障诊断 动平衡Research on The Multiple Vibration Faults Occurred in A 600MW Turbo Generator Unit During Debugging ProcessLiu GangLiaoning Qinghe Power Plant Limited Company,Tieling,liaoning,P.R.China,Abstract: The paper researches the multiple vibrationfaults occurred in #9 turbo generator unit(600MW) during the debugging process. Shaft dynamic balance project is introduced. Abnormal vibration phenomenon during the balance process, such as excessive sensitivity of bearing vibration to unbalance force and the conflict phenomenon between shaft vibration and bearing vibration is analyzed. The paper also researched the unsteady vibration caused by rear bearing plastic oil sealrub and insufficienttransducer bracket stiffness. Reason of 2x vibration of generator front bearing is also given.Keywords：turbine, generator, vibration, fault diagnosis, dynamic balance随着机组容量的增大，振动问题越来越复杂，所引起的经济损失也越来越大，对故障诊断准确性的要求也越来越高。我厂#9 机组是超临界 600MW 汽轮发电机组，由高压、两根低压、发电机和集电环转子组成。发电机和集电环转子采纳三支撑，其余转子采纳两支承。轴系共有 9 个轴承，如图 1 所示。每个轴承安装有 x 和 y 方向上的轴振传感器和垂直方向上的瓦振传感器，机头处正上方安装有键相传感器。图 1 #9 机组轴系结构图该机组 2024 年 12 月 26 日进行了首次冲转试验，2024 年 9 月进行了并网前的冲转试验，2024 年 12 月 30日进行并网前的启动调试和并网带负荷试验，2024 年 3 月 10 日进入新机组 168 考核试验。在机组启动调试过程中出现了多种形式的振动。现以该...
