精品文档---下载后可任意编辑PCBN 刀具高速硬态干切削的讨论及应用的开题报告摘要:随着高速加工技术的不断进展,大批量生产工业产品对刀具的使用寿命和加工质量提出了更高的要求,使得机械刀具材料日益向高硬度、高强度、高耐磨性方向进展。超硬材料(如金刚石、立方氮化硼等)及其基体复合材料等已逐渐成为 PCD/PCBN 刀具的主要选材,并在金属材料高效精密加工中得到广泛应用。本文主要讨论了 PCBN 刀具在高速硬态干切削加工中的讨论和应用。首先,介绍了 PCBN 刀具的优点及其在高速加工中的应用现状。然后,介绍了高速硬态干切削的特点、加工要求和适应范围。接着,通过对国内外讨论成果的综述,分析了不同PCBN 刀具的性能指标、加工参数、切削机理和加工效果,并提出了 PCBN 刀具在高速硬态干切削中的切削优化方案。最后,设计实验方案,制作 PCBN 刀具,进行高速硬态干切削加工试验,并对试验结果进行分析和评价。关键词:PCBN 刀具;高速硬态干切削;性能指标;切削优化方案;加工试验Abstract:With the continuous development of high-speed machining technology, the use of tool life and processing quality for mass production of industrial products has put forward higher requirements for the tool material, making mechanical tool materials gradually develop in the direction of high hardness, high strength, and high wear resistance. Superhard materials (such as diamond, cubic boron nitride, etc.) and their matrix composite materials have gradually become the main choices of PCD/PCBN tools, and have been widely used in high-efficiency precision machining of metal materials.This paper mainly studies the research and application of PCBN tools in high-speed hard state dry cutting. Firstly, the advantages of PCBN tools and their application status in high-speed machining are introduced. Then, the characteristics, processing requirements, and adaptability range of high-speed hard state dry cutting are introduced. Next, through a review of domestic and foreign research results, different PCBN tool performance indicators, processing parameters, cutting mechanisms and processing effects are analyzed, and PCBN tool cutting optimization schemes are proposed in high-speed hard state dry cutting. Finally, the experimental plan is designed, PCBN tools are manufactured, high-speed hard state dry cutting experiments are carried out, and the experimental results are analyzed and evaluated.Keywords: PCBN tools; high-speed hard state dry cutting; performance indicators; cutting optimization scheme; processing experiment.
