Network admission control strategies are widely recognized as an effective method to maintain bandwidth utilization. The network admission control strategy based on quality of service (QoS) can better target the various requirements of network bandwidth utilization, thus improving network performance. This paper aims to study how QoS-based network admission control strategies in SUPANET can be optimized and further improve network performance.First, the background and significance of the research are introduced, and the objectives of this thesis are proposed. Then, admission control and QoS technology are briefly analyzed, and the necessity and advantages of the combination are elucidated. Next, the architecture of the SUPANET system and the implementation of QoS are introduced in detail, and the shortcomings of the existing system are illustrated through practical cases. Finally, an optimized QoS-based admission control strategy for SUPANET is proposed, and the methods and experimental designs adopted are explained.The results of this study will help improve the SUPANET network admission control strategy, reduce network congestion and delays, improve network bandwidth utilization efficiency and user experience.Keywords: SUPANET, admission control, QoS, performance optimization.
