Tim-1 and Tim-3, two T cell immunoglobulin molecules, have been found to have abnormal expression levels in ITP patients and are associated with their immune imbalance. Therefore, this study will explore the role of Tim-1 and Tim-3 in ITP from the perspective of immune imbalance and their related mechanisms. The specific research content includes: 1. Analyze the expression levels of Tim-1 and Tim-3 in ITP patients and compare them with the healthy control group; 2. Explore the functions of Tim-1 and Tim-3 in ITP patients and their effects on T cell activation; 3. Further elucidate the related mechanisms of Tim-1 and Tim-3 in ITP immune imbalance. The results of this study will help to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of ITP and provide new ideas and strategies for its clinical treatment.【Keywords】ITP; immune imbalance; Tim-1; Tim-3; research
