X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to analyze the morphology and structure of the composite materials. Then, the gas sensing properties were tested, and it was found that TiO2/carbon composites had a high response and recovery speed, and had good response ability to ammonia and sulfur dioxide gases.Secondly, CuO/TiO2 composite materials were prepared by deposition-impregnation method.
