Trichloroethylene is a toxic and harmful organic matter, which plays an important role in destroying the atmospheric ozone layer and causing acute poisoning. In this paper, we will study the trichloroethylene wastewater treatment method based on UASB process, and optimize the operating parameters.First of all, through the analysis of the characteristics of trichloroethylene wastewater, it is determined that the difficulty of treating this wastewater is relatively high and advanced treatment processes need to be adopted. Then, the basic principle of UASB process is introduced, and its advantages and disadvantages in treating trichloroethylene wastewater are analyzed.
