Among them, VCSEL array-pumped micro solid-state lasers are a new type of laser with advantages such as small size, high power, and high efficiency, which are widely used in optical communication, laser radar, medical and other fields.In this paper, VCSEL array-pumped micro solid-state lasers are studied to explore their preparation, performance optimization, and application. Firstly, the basic structure, working principle and application fields of VCSEL array-pumped micro solid-state lasers are introduced. Then, the pumping mechanism and characteristics are analyzed, and the influencing factors are explored. Then, the preparation process is designed, and its performance is tested and analyzed.
