Soybean oil is widely used in daily life, but it is easily frozen under low-temperature conditions. Therefore, it is crucial to improve the anti-freezing properties of soybean oil.This study will use different additives and temperature conditions to test and compare the anti-freezing properties of first-grade soybean oil. Infrared spectroscopy, surface tension testing, and other methods will be used to analyze the effect of additives on the anti-freezing properties of soybean oil.
