精品文档---下载后可任意编辑作 者储国良指导老师俞 鹤摘要:三相异步电动机因为其独特的优点,使其在工农业及其他各行各业中都有广泛的应用。随着经济的进展,对电动机的要求也越来越高,我们习惯用的传统的起动方式不能满足现代化的要求,传统的起动方法起动时对电网的电流冲击大,启动转矩小。为了改善三相异步电动机的起动特征,本文设计了一种以 TMS320LF2407 DSP 处理器为核心的高性能三相异步电动机软启动器,其主要是通过控制晶闸管的触发角来达到控制电压的目的。本文阐述了软起动器晶闸管调压电路的工作原理、主电路、保护电路等的设计。基于该方式的软启动器采纳晶闸管调压式,通过改变晶闸管的导通角来实现对定子两端电压的调节。从而来实现三相异步电动机的软起动、软停车等功能。关键词:三相异步电动机;DSP;晶闸管;软起动器The study of asynchronous motor soft starterAbstract: three-phase asynchronous motor becauseof it advantages, so that in the industrial, agricultural,and other industries are widely used. With the development of economy, the motors are increasingly high requirements, we used the traditional starting mode can not satisfy the requirement of modernization, the traditional method of starting at the starting grid on the current impact, starting torque is small. In order to improve the starting characteristics of three-phase asynchronous motor, this paper introduces a design of TMS320LF2407DSP processor as the core of a high performance three-phase asynchronous motor soft starter. This paper expounds the soft starter thyristor voltage regulating circuit working principle, mainly for the thyristor soft starter of three-phase asynchronous motor main circuit.Based on the way of the soft starter using thyristor voltage regulating, by changing the conduction angle of thyristor to realize on the both ends of the stator voltage regulator.
