This paper takes the traditional book publishing industry in Shanghai as the research object, aiming to explore its digital transformation strategy and specific practices.Through an analysis of the market, situation, problems, and challenges of traditional book publishing industry in Shanghai, this paper puts forward a transformation strategy based on digital technology, namely, developing digital products, building digital platforms, promoting digital publishing, creating digital marketing, and achieving digital refinement management.At the same time, this paper explores specific practices from the perspectives of digital publishing technology, digital marketing strategy, and digital refinement management.
