The main methods used are the construction of the three-dimensional finite element model of the upper arch, the establishment of the interface model of the upper first molar, and the simulation of biological forces under different angles. The results show that the stress distribution of the crown facing the biting force is relatively uniform, the stress is concentrated on the root facing the chewing force, and the stress distribution on the side facing the lateral force is also relatively concentrated. Among them, the impact of 45-degree angle on teeth is the greatest, while the impact of 0-degree angle on teeth is the smallest, and the change in stress energy amplitude is more than 27%. The research results have practical guiding significance for clinical tooth correction, repair, and other fields.Key words: three-dimensional finite element analysis; upper first molar; biological force; stress distribution; angle change.
