During the growth process of Cordyceps sinensis, a large amount of peptides and ketones are produced, which have strong medicinal and biological activities. Therefore, in-depth study of the metabolic pathways and synthesis mechanisms of Cordyceps sinensis has significant theoretical and practical significance. In this study, two strains of Cordyceps sinensis will be used as research objects, and their non-ribosomal peptide synthetase and polyketone synthase genes will be cloned. By comparing and analyzing the differences in metabolic pathways of different types of Cordyceps sinensis, the molecular mechanism of Cordyceps sinensis synthesis of peptides and ketone compounds will be explored, and the systematic position of Cordyceps sinensis will be further explored.【Keywords】Cordyceps sinensis; peptide synthetase; polyketone synthase; metabolic pathway; systematic position
