This paper aims to explore the discovery of active Michael reaction receptor molecules and the action targets in two kinds of Oxalis plants. Two compounds with active Michael reaction receptor molecules were screened by component analysis and pharmacological activity experiments of Oxalis plants, and their structures and activities were predicted by bioinformatics methods. Further exploration of the action targets of these molecules revealed that they play important roles in multiple biological processes such as cell oxidative stress response and inflammation response. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for further exploring the active ingredients and biological functions of Oxalis plants.Keywords: Oxalis plants, active Michael reaction receptors, action targets, biological functions.
