Through literature review and field investigation, the characteristics of Central Plains culture and the cultural needs of Chinese learners are analyzed, and the application of cultural elements in Chinese teaching and their promotion of Chinese teaching are discussed. The research finds that the organic combination of Central Plains cultural elements and Chinese teaching can not only enhance the language ability and learning interest of Chinese learners, but also promote the popularity and influence of Central Plains culture in the international community. Therefore, we suggest that we should strengthen the exchange between Central Plains culture and Chinese teaching, establish a diversified cultural education platform, and promote the common development of Central Plains culture and Chinese teaching.【Keywords】Central Plains culture; Chinese international education; cultural inheritance; language teaching; fusion
