The paper first introduces the development history and current situation of medical humanities in both countries, and focuses on analyzing the design and implementation of medical humanities courses in China and the United States. Furthermore, a comparative analysis of the content, teaching methods, and evaluation systems of medical humanities courses in China and the United States was performed, and an evaluation was made from aspects such as student learning effects, medical professional ethics, and professional competence. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the medical humanities courses in both countries.【Keywords】Medical Humanities; Comparative Study; Curriculum Design; Teaching Methods; Evaluation System
