Chinese medicine has been widely used in the treatment and prevention of esophageal cancer. Among them, walnut green peel is considered to have a certain inhibitory effect on the proliferation of esophageal cancer cells. This study aimed to explore the inhibitory effect of Chinese herbal medicine walnut green peel extract on esophageal cancer cell proliferation and its molecular mechanism to provide a basis for its clinical treatment.In this study, the CCK-8 method will be used to determine the effect of different concentrations of walnut green peel extract on the proliferation of esophageal cancer cells (Eca109), and the changes in apoptosis and cell cycle of esophageal cancer cells induced by walnut green peel extract will be analyzed by flow cytometry and Western blot.
