Propagation technology is one of the key technologies in Danshen production process. This paper studies the propagation technology of Danshen root segments, and explores the effect of different growth conditions on the propagation of Danshen root segments through pot experiments and tissue culture experiments. The results show that under appropriate growth conditions, Danshen root segments can be effectively propagated by rooting or regenerated roots, and there are differences in propagation ability of Danshen root segments at different growth stages. This study provides theoretical guidance and practical promotion value for the propagation technology of Danshen root segments.【Keywords】Danshen, Root Segment, Propagation technology, Pot Experiment, Tissue Culture
