精品文档---下载后可任意编辑保护性耕作下黑土有机碳固定机制讨论的开题报告摘要:黑土是中国的重要耕作土壤类型,其有机质丰富,保存有机碳的能力强,对于全球碳循环和土地利用的稳定都具有极重要的作用。为了探究保护性耕作对黑土有机碳固定的影响及其机制,本文拟以黑龙江省尚志市某地为讨论样区,通过梯度设计地块设置不同种类的耕作管理措施,包括传统深耕翻压、浅耕混合耕、不耕作以及用有机物改良耕作等,比较不同管理措施下黑土有机碳的动态变化和稳定性,以及其土壤理化性质的变化。同时,结合室内模拟试验和分子生态学讨论手段,探究不同管理措施下黑土固碳的机制,包括不同管理措施对土壤微生物群落结构和功能的影响、土壤碳库组分变化规律和代谢通路变化等方面,最终为黑土保持和管理提供科学依据。关键词:黑土;保护性耕作;有机碳固定机制;微生物群落结构;碳代谢通路Abstract:Black soil is an important cultivated soil type in China, which is rich in organic matter and has strong ability to preserve organic carbon, playing an extremely important role in global carbon cycling and land use stability. In order to explore the impact of conservation tillage on organic carbon fixation in black soil and its mechanism, this thesis plans to study a certain area in Shangzhi, Heilongjiang Province as a research sample area, and set up different types of tillage management measures through gradient-designed plots, including traditional deep plowing, shallow mixing, no tillage, and organic matter. Improvement tillage and other measures compare the dynamic changes and stability of organic carbon in black soil under different management measures, as well as changes in soil physicochemical properties.
