精品文档---下载后可任意编辑本 科 生 毕 业 设 计毕业设计题目: 上海市某综合写字楼暖通空调设计学 生 姓 名: 所 在 学 院: 能源与动力工程学院专业及班级: 指 导 教 师: 罗 翌完 成 日 期: 摘要本工程为上海市某综合写字楼暖通空调设计,大厦共 8 层,总高 33.3 m,总建筑面积 7435㎡,空调面积 4560㎡,空调总冷负荷 430kW,总热负荷 320kW,冷冻站设于地下室,通过对空气源热泵、溴化锂吸收式制冷机组加热交换器及螺杆式冷水机组加热交换器三种冷热源方式的技术经济比较,结论是螺杆冷水机组加热交换器的冷热源方案最为佳;因而选择开利型号为 30HXY-130A 的水冷螺杆式冷水机组作为本工程冷源,永大的 BR0.2 的汽-水交换器作为本工程的热源;通过空调方案的优缺点及适用场合的比较,结合本工程实际情况,一至二层商场采纳了全空气集中式一次回风定风量空调系统,其余部分采纳了风机盘管加独立新风的半集中式空调系统;并在此基础上进行空调风、水系统及冷热源机房的设计;根据相关法律规范要求对该建筑进行通风及防排烟系统的设计。关键词:空调系统 通风系统 冷、热源 防排烟AbstractThe project is the design of aoffice building’s heatingventilation and air-conditioning in shanghai, it is a tower building having eight floors totally meters high and with a wholly area of 7435 square meters, air-conditioned area are 4560 square meters, the cooling load of the project is 430kW, and the heating load is 320kW, the refrigerating station is built in the garage on the ground,through the comparison of technical and economic of this three cold and heat source forms of the air source heat pump, LiBr absorption chiller and heat exchangers, Screw Chillers and heat exchangers, the conclusion is the form of screw chillers and heat exchanger that the most excellent program; so choose 30HXY-130A models of water-cooled screw chillers of carrier company as the cold source of the project, model of of the steam-water exchange of Yongda as a heat source of the project; through ...
