Currently, some derivatives of vinblastine have been developed, including BM6, which is a new type of vinblastine derivative that has anti-tumor activity, but its mechanism is not clear. This study aims to systematically evaluate the anti-tumor activity of BM6 and explore its mechanism of action.First, we will test the growth inhibition of BM6 on several human tumor cell lines and calculate its IC50 value. Second, we will construct a mouse liver cancer model to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of BM6 in vivo.
