精品文档---下载后可任意编辑雨水就地利用及蓄水农用保障性机制的开题报告【摘要】雨水就地利用及蓄水农用保障性机制是目前解决水资源短缺的重要途径之一。本文通过对国内外相关讨论文献的综述,探讨了雨水就地利用的意义和应用现状,分析了蓄水农用保障性机制的实施效果和问题,提出了相关技术和政策建议。讨论发现,雨水就地利用能够提高城市生态环境,缓解城市水资源短缺问题;蓄水农用保障性机制能够增加农田灌溉面积,提高农业产出,但现行政策和技术手段还存在不足之处。因此,本文提出需要加强政策引导和技术创新,实现雨水资源的充分利用和科学管理,同时不断完善蓄水农用保障性机制的实施体系,提高其管理和运行效率。【关键词】雨水就地利用;蓄水农用保障性机制;水资源短缺;农业产出【Abstract】Rainwater harvesting and utilization as well as a guarantee mechanism for agricultural water storage are an important way to solve water resource shortage. Through the review of relevant research literature at home and abroad, this paper explores the significance and application status of rainwater utilization, analyzes the implementation effect and problems of agricultural water storage guarantee mechanism, and puts forward relevant technical and policy suggestions. The research found that rainwater utilization can improve the urban ecological environment and alleviate the shortage of urban water resources; the agricultural water storage guarantee mechanism can increase the irrigation area of farmland and improve agricultural output, but the current policies and technological means still have shortcomings. Therefore, this paper proposes the need to strengthen policy guidance and technological innovation, realize the full utilization and scientific management of rainwater resources, and continuously improve the implementation system of agricultural water storage guarantee mechanism and improve its management and operation efficiency.【Keywords】Rainwater utilization; Agricultural water storage guarantee mechanism; Water resource shortage; Agricultural output
