精品文档---下载后可任意编辑青蒿素及其衍生物增加人脑胶质瘤细胞放射敏感性的实验讨论的开题报告摘要:本讨论旨在探究青蒿素及其衍生物对人脑胶质瘤细胞放射敏感性的影响,以期为脑胶质瘤放疗治疗提供新思路。首先通过 MTT 法测定不同浓度的青蒿素及其衍生物对胶质瘤细胞的细胞毒性;然后利用放射生物学原理,讨论细胞在受到放射线和青蒿素及其衍生物处理后的孔隙制备和克隆形成情况,分析不同处理对胶质瘤细胞的放射敏感性影响。提出青蒿素及其衍生物通过抑制胶质瘤细胞的自噬作用,促进肿瘤细胞的凋亡而增加胶质瘤细胞的放射敏感性。讨论结果可为胶质瘤放疗治疗提供一种新的辅助治疗药物方案。关键词:青蒿素;衍生物;脑胶质瘤;放射敏感性;自噬;凋亡Abstract: This study aims to explore the effect of artemisinin and its derivatives on the radiosensitivity of human glioblastoma cells, in order to provide new ideas for glioblastoma radiotherapy. First, the cytotoxicity of artemisinin and its derivatives at different concentrations on glioma cells was measured by MTT method. Then, the porous preparation and clone formation of cells were studied after irradiation and treatment with artemisinin and its derivatives according to the principle of radiation biology, and the effect of different treatments on the radiosensitivity of glioblastoma cells was analyzed. It is proposed that artemisinin and its derivatives increase the radiosensitivity of glioblastoma cells by inhibiting autophagy of cancer cells and promoting apoptosis. The results of this study may provide a new auxiliary treatment drug program for glioblastoma radiotherapy.Keywords: artemisinin; derivatives; glioblastoma; radiosensitivity; autophagy; apoptosis
