First, through the analysis of the industry, market and competitors, the market environment and competitive situation faced by the enterprise are clarified. Secondly, the SWOT analysis of the company's existing marketing strategies is carried out to determine the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, and targeted improvement measures are proposed.
