Currently, the treatment options are relatively limited, so exploring new treatment strategies is crucial for liver cancer treatment. The aim of this study is to construct a liver-specific RNAi carrier that can target hTERT to achieve treatment for liver cancer. In this study, hTERT-siRNA expression vector will be constructed by gene cloning technology, and its specificity and effectiveness will be verified through cell experiments and animal experiments.
