The use of DNA sequences of organic extracts for genetic analysis has become an effective means of water quality monitoring. This paper mainly studies the establishment and application of the technical system for genetic analysis of organic extracts from drinking water sources.Firstly, an overview of the research on genetic analysis of organic extracts from drinking water sources both domestically and abroad was conducted. Secondly, the key technologies such as DNA extraction, purification, amplification, and sequencing of organic extracts were analyzed, and a complete technical scheme for factor screening, extraction, amplification, and sequencing was established.
