However, there is still a lack of relevant research on this topic. This research aims to explore the test methods and results of surface tension, contact angle, viscosity and other characteristic parameters of polymer melt, and further study the relationship between these parameters and the quality and performance of micro-injection molded products. The specific contents include: 1) establishment of test methods for surface characteristics of polymer melt, including surface tension test, contact angle test, viscosity test, etc.; 2) testing the surface characteristic parameters of different types of polymer melt; 3) exploring the relationship between surface characteristic parameters of polymer melt and surface quality, dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties and other properties of micro-injection molded products. This research will help to deepen the understanding of the influence mechanism of surface characteristics of polymer melt on micro-injection molded products, and provide reference and support for the production of micro-injection molded products.Keywords: polymer melt; surface characteristics; micro-injection molding; test method; product performance
