This paper aims to explore the influence of hypertension combined with metabolic abnormalities on the cardiovascular and renal vascular system and its related mechanisms. Through a review and analysis of a large number of literature, it was found that patients with hypertension combined with metabolic abnormalities often have related complications such as cardiovascular disease and kidney disease, and also increase the risk of cardiovascular and renal vascular events. In addition, hypertension combined with metabolic abnormalities can also cause metabolic abnormalities such as abdominal obesity, lipid metabolism disorders, insulin resistance, etc., which affect the health of the cardiovascular and renal vascular system. These impacts are mainly achieved through chronic low-level inflammation, oxidative damage, endothelial cell dysfunction and other mechanisms.
