Steel box stack arch bridge is an important structure for crossing rivers, valleys and other terrain conditions in high-speed railway lines. Through the research on the key technologies in the manufacturing and construction process of high-speed railway large-span steel box stack arch bridge, this paper aims to solve the technical problems encountered in engineering practice and improve engineering quality and efficiency.Firstly, the characteristics and applications of high-speed railway large-span steel box stack arch bridge are introduced, and the technical difficulties in its construction are analyzed. Secondly, the key technologies in bridge manufacturing are explored, including the production and processing of stack sections, component assembly and welding, overall hoisting and lowering, etc. Finally, some key construction technologies are studied, including foundation construction, coordination construction, hoisting and lowering construction and erection construction, and corresponding solutions are proposed.This paper summarizes the key technologies in the manufacturing and construction process of high-speed railway large-span steel box stack arch bridge, and proposes corresponding technical solutions, which can provide reference for engineering practice.Keywords: high-speed railway; steel box stack arch bridge; manufacturing; construction; key technology.
