The philtrum is the central area of the nose and lip area, and the vermilion border is the curved part of the lips. The purpose of this study is to investigate the anatomy and tissue composition of the nose and lip area through three-dimensional reconstruction of continuous tissue sections and histological study of the philtrum and vermilion border, providing a reference for plastic surgery of the nose and lip area.First, human nose and lip specimens were collected, and continuous tissue sections were obtained by tissue sampling, slide preparation, and staining.
