精品文档---下载后可任意编辑龙眼多糖、色素的超声强化提取及纯化的开题报告【摘要】龙眼是我国传统的药食兼用的水果,其含有丰富的多糖和色素等天然活性成分,具有多种药用和保健功能。为了更好地开发龙眼中的多糖和色素等活性成分的应用价值,本文选取超声强化提取法来提高其提取效率和减少提取时间。通过实验比较,在优化超声波功率、提取时间、固液比等工艺条件的基础上,得到龙眼多糖和色素的最佳提取工艺为:超声波功率 600W,提取时间 25min,固液比 1:20,此条件下龙眼多糖提取率为 3.84%,色素提取率为 0.36%。进一步讨论发现,采纳聚山梨酯-20(Tween-20)和聚乙二醇-4000(PEG-4000)的混合液进行超声强化提取,可使龙眼多糖和色素的纯度得到显著提高,其中龙眼多糖纯化率提高到 57.53%,色素纯化率提高到 46.74%。因此,本文提供的超声强化提取和纯化方法为进一步开发龙眼中多糖和色素的应用提供了实验依据和技术支撑。【关键词】龙眼;多糖;色素;超声波强化提取;纯化【Abstract】Longan is a traditional fruit with both medicinal and dietary value in China, and it contains abundant natural active ingredients such as polysaccharides and pigments which have a variety of pharmacological and health effects. In order to better exploit the application value of active ingredients such as polysaccharides and pigments in longan, this study selected ultrasonic enhanced extraction method to improve extraction efficiency and reduce extraction time. Through experimental comparison, the optimal extraction process of longan polysaccharides and pigments was obtained based on the optimization of ultrasound power, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and other process conditions: the ultrasound power was 600W, the extraction time was 25min, and the solid-liquid ratio was 1:20. Under this condition, the extraction rate of longan polysaccharides was 3.84%, and the extraction rate of pigments was 0.36%. Furthermore, it was found that using the mixed solution of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate-20 (Tween-20) and polyethylene glycol-4000 (PEG-4000) for ultrasonic enhanced extraction could significantly improve the purity of longan polysaccharides and pigments, and the 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑purification rate of longan polysaccharides and pigments was increased to 57.53% and 46.74%, respectively.
