全日餐厅理念 Concept Statement 概念陈述 ALL DAY DINING RESTAURANT 全日餐厅 General 概述 The restaurant will be operated as a buffet restaurant, with a fresh and contemporary design, a Coffee Bar at the entrance and a hot/cold buffet, as a central feature of the restaurant. The location of the buffet should be closest to the kitchen, so it can be easily replenished. There will not be a one long buffet design considered; rather there will be sections such as Asian, Western, Dessert. 全日餐厅作为自助式的餐厅,用现代化的设计。咖啡吧在入口处,冷热自助餐台作为整个全日餐厅最重要的部分。自助餐台的位置最靠近厨房,这样方便食物的添加。不采用长条状的整条式的自助餐台,而是用分区组合式的餐台,如亚太区,西式区,甜品区等。 A la carte menu will be designed out of most-wanted classics to famous new world items; Asian, Western and local specialties. We can call this a la carte a “Comfort Food Menu”.
