It was shown that the solid-solution temperature had obvious effect on the grain size in the Inconel690. The grain size increased remarkably when the solution temperature was over 1150. Cr℃23C6 precipitated mainly in the grain boundaries. With the increase of thermal treatment temperature and time, the amount and size of Cr23C6 increased. At the same time,The distribution of Cr23C6 changed from discrete structure to semi-continuous structure. After thermal treatment of 800×48h, the size of Cr℃23C6 increased quickly.KEY WORD: Inconel690; heat treatment; microstructure摘要：讨论固溶和特别热处理〔TT 处理〕对 Inconel690合金组织的影响，结果说明：固溶温度对 Inconel690 晶粒度影响较大，温度超过 1150℃时，晶粒显著长大，固溶处理应在 1100℃以下。TT 处理后 Cr23C6沿晶界析出，随TT 处理温度的增加和保温时间的延长, Cr23C6数量增多，尺寸增加，分布的形态由单个到半连续状。800×48h℃处理后，尺寸增加显著。关键词：Inconel690 合金 热处理 组织 性能1 引言Inconel690 合金因具有优良的抗应力腐蚀〔IGSCC〕和晶间腐蚀(IGA)等能力而被广泛地应用于国内外压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器换热管材料。为提高 Inconel690 合金的抗应力腐蚀的能力，该材料的一般热处理为固溶处理+特别热处理〔TT处理〕[1~4]。有讨论[3]说明，固溶温度的上下影响材料的耐腐蚀性能，在 950℃～1150℃之间固溶处理时，随着固溶温度的提高，晶间腐蚀率增大。在较低固溶温度处理时，由于碳的固溶度小，一局部未溶的碳化物在晶界存在，在冷却后的新晶界，碳化物的析出量较少，晶界的铬贫化程度较轻，而较高温度下固溶时，未溶碳化物减少，固溶...
