精品文档---下载后可任意编辑矿用汽车转向梯形的设计陈风帆 北京科技大学摘 要:文中采纳了传统的计算方法对矿用汽车的转梯形进行了优化。以一定外转角范围内理论内转角和实际内转角差值的绝对值的和为目标函数的终值,利用 EXCEL软件编得出了不同梯形底角、梯形臂长下,转过各个外转角时,理论内转角与实际内转角的关系。并在 ADAMS 中建立了本文设计的转向梯形及原有矿用汽车转向梯形的模型,对两种转向梯形的原地转向过程进行仿真,得到两个转向梯形外轮转角与内轮转角间的关系。关键词:转向梯形,内转角,仿真优化。The Design of Steering Linkage for TruckChen Fengfan University of Science and Technology BeijingAbstract:In the article ,the author used the traditional computational method to carry on the optimization to the mineral product automobile extension trapezoid. Took the certainty outside the corner of a certain theory within the framework of the corner and the actual difference in the absolute value of the corner and as the objective function of the terminal value, using the EXCEL to obtain that under the different trapezoidal angle of dead rise, the trapezoidal reach, when transferred each outside corner, theory inside lock and actual inside lock relations. According to the objective function, the author determined the steering trapezium parameter after the analysis.The author has established the steering trapezium and the original mineral product motor turning trapezoid model in ADAMS which this article designs. Steering linkage of the two steering the process of in situ simulation, obtained from the two steering trapezoid outer and inner corner of the relationship between rotation angles.
