RELIABILITY RATING120%100%80%60%40%20%0%Supplier guidelinesYear 2007For the Supplier Support Rating Quantitative AssessmentRELIABILITY For SFE and IFE Suppliers The reliability rating is focused on users items of concern;by item of concern we mean the units which present:• A high DMC (Direct Maintenance Cost)• An impact on th e A/C operating reliability i.e. DispatchReliability (DR)• A low equipment reliability i.e. Mean Time BetweenUnscheduled Removals (MTBUR)• A high spare price• Any kind of adverse feedback from Airline.The rating system will select any equipment matching atleast one of the above criteria. For each selected equipmentthe ratio ach ieved MTBUR /Guaranteed MTBUR will becomputed. If th ere is no GMTBUR, we will use a targetMTBUR value, estimated in accordance with th e presentstate of the art. Then the transformation of this ratio into arating is done in accordance with the chart below.Note: The MTBUR is calculated using the accumulated flighthours for each operator th at is reporting removals to thesupplier or their agent that returns units to the supplier forrepair.
