我国银行保险实证研究

银行保险开展模式在我国的应用及改革建议范献亮摘 要：从世界各国金融市场的开展历程以及我国监管层对金融分业监管政策的放松来看，混业经营已成我国金融改革的趋势。而作为两大支柱的银行业与保险业的“相融相荣是混业经〞营趋势中的重头戏。本文通过对各种银行保险开展模式的比拟分析以及在我国实际运行情况的观察，对我国银行保险开展模式改革提出了几点建议。关键词：银行保险 分销协议模式 金融效劳集团模式Application of bancassurance development model in our country and reform suggestionsFan XianliangAbstract: Looking from other countries' financial market developing process and supervision policy relaxation in our country, we can get that the mixed management is becoming the tendency of our country financial reform. Key words: bancassurance; distributional agreements model; financial service group model引言：银行保险这一概念起源于 20 世纪 80 年代的法国，最早的两家银行保险公司是1973 年法国农业信贷和农业保险互助会成立的保险公司 Soravie 和法国投资银行Paribas 旗下的银行保险公司。两家保险公司运用各自银行母公司的网点分销保险产品大获成功，之后这种方式逐渐被欧洲乃至全球金融业效仿，成为一种普遍的金融创新模式。我国的银保合作始于 1996 年，当时引入银行保险概念只是模仿其保险产品销售方式，即银行经营机构在保险公司授权范围内利用其零售柜台代理销售保险产品，提供相应效劳，向保险公司收取保险代理手续费。在 2001 年前后，银行保险渠道异军突起，并很快成了我国保险销售渠道的三大支柱之一，银行保险代理手续费也成为银行中间业务收入的重要来源。并且随着金融融合经营趋势的加强，我国银行保险的模式也不断开展。至今银行保险在我国已经引进开展十余年，对银行保险的讨论一直是理...
