中小企业融资租赁的创新模式-期购融资刘丽（建筑工程学院)摘 要:中小企业融资难激发了人们对融资创新形式的讨论，作为外源融资形式的融资租赁因为具有较强的灵活性，在世界上成为仅次于银行信贷的第二大融资方式,然而已有的融资租赁模式及其扩展形式由于适用条件的限制在我国的中小企业融资市场得不到广泛的适用。本文针对传统融资租赁模式的不足，提出一种新型的融资模式――期购融资,此种模式对拓宽中小企业融资渠道，缓解因信用体系与担保体系的缺失而造成的中小企业融资不足具有一定意义.关键词：融资租赁 期购融资 创新The innovative mode of financing lease of small and medium—sized enterprises －Installment purchases financing。Liuli（Civil Engineering Department)Abstract：The difficult of small and medium—sized enterprises financing excites people’s study oninnovative form of financing.
