中小企业融资难的成因分析与对策建议【摘 要】企业的资金筹集工作是企业理财工作的重要方面,企业的创立、生存和进展，必须以一次次融资、投资、再融资为前提。资本是企业的血脉，是企业经济活动的第一推动力和持续推动力.随着我国市场经济体制的逐步完善和金融市场的快速进展，企业作为市场经济的主体置身于动态的市场环境之中计划经济的融资方式已经得到根本性改变，企业筹资应该做到选择合适的方式并能为企业的价值最大化做贡献。本文以中小企业为例,分析了其融资难的成因并提出了相应的对策建议。【关键词】中小企业；融资;因素；方式；问题【Abstract 】Enterprise resource mobilization is an important aspect of corporate finance， business creation， survival and development, we must again and again finance， investment， re—financing as a precondition. Capital is the lifeblood of business is business first driving force of economic activity and sustained impetus.
