Key words:Cost， lower， way 1.第一节 直接材料 1。1 降低产品直接材料成本是提高经济效益的主要途径 (1)控制材料买价。近年来,由于材料价格放开，价格不断上涨，采购人员应择廉采购，多方调查、比质比价、掌握市场信息,特别是在当前市场上多种价格并存的情况下,尤为重要. （2）控制材料采购费用.在保证材料质量、价格适宜的条件下，应当尽量就地、就近采购;还要注意选择合适的运输方式，即能用水运的不能选择陆运,能陆运的不采纳空运.同时，还要注意选择运输路线，缩短路途时间,这样既可以降低材料损耗，又可以加快资金周转。 （3）努力降低直接材料的储存成本。降低直接材料的储存成本，应采纳较为先进的 A、B、C 管理法,加强对直接材料储存的管理. 企业经营活...
