基于ABAQUS的车门强度分析

The analysis of Static strength of the door structure is very important in the structural design of the doors. In this paper ， according to the national “car side door strength” test standard ， based on the platform of ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis was carried out on the strength of the door 。 The outer door plate is made of different materials and thickness to analyze the effect on the strength of the door, and we choose the the optimal scheme.Key words:automobile door; strength; FEM0 前言汽车车身作为整车三大总成之一，在整车的设计开发过程中占有极其重要的地位.车门系统是车身上非常重要的组成部件，其性能直接影响着车身结构性能的好坏。在正常服役条件下，车门常常受到关闭时的冲击,自重导致的弯矩和铰链的拉伸等作用.在车辆受到侧面碰撞时，车门的变形量必须控制在一定的范围内，为乘员提供一个有效的生存空间,因此,车门的强度和刚度直接关系到整车在冲击、碰撞等载荷下的安全问题。车门必须符合国家有关轿车车门强度的标准，其中 GB 15743—-1995 法规规定了轿车侧门的强度要求及试验方法:使用一定的大小的刚性圆柱体从车门外侧挤压车门,当达到一定的挤压距离，车门要具有规定的抵抗力，但假如直接做试验,将会使用大量的人力和物力[1］。1 有限元软件简介...
