基于PLC的堆垛机定位控制系统的设计

基于 PLC 的堆垛机定位控制系统的设计摘要：立体仓库的产生和进展是现代物流体系进展的要求和信息技术进步的结果。堆垛机是自动化立体仓库的主要作业机械，是自动化立体仓库的核心部件。巷道堆垛机是实现整个仓库系统“自动”功能的关键设备，对其控制系统的讨论具有宽阔的应用前景.本设计以西门子公司 S7—200 系列 PLC 为例，设计了巷道式堆垛机的定位控制系统，通过控制系统的硬件和软件的设计，实现了货物入库﹑出库等控制的目的.该系统具有操作简便, 自动化程度高， 运行速度快、可靠性高等特点.关键词:立体仓库；PLC；巷道式堆垛机；定位方法Design ofPositionControl System of Stacker on PLCZhao Li—huaCollege of Physics and Electronic Information Electrical Engineering and Automation No： 060544081Tutor： Wang Xi—juanAbstract： The creation and development of stereoscopic warehouse is the request of modern logistics system development and the result of information technique progress 。 Stacker is the core part of automation stereoscopic warehouse ， which carries on many main missions for the automation stereoscopic warehouse.The most important part of the whole warehouse system is laned type of stacker.The research of its controlling system has wildly application foreground。This paper took the example of Siemens company’s S7—200 series PLC, it researched the position control system of laned type of stacker 。 Using PLC as controller ， realized the result of auto control in tridimensional depository by designing hardware and software of control system。 The control includes input goods， output goods， and so on.This system had a feature of easy to operate， automatic， high speed and high reliable operation.Key words： Stereoscopic warehouse ； PLC ；Laned type of stacker ； Posotioning method目录摘要................................................................................................................................
