浅谈中小企业筹资方式的比较和选择VIP专享

摘要中小企业是我国国民经济的一个重要组成部分，在确保国民经济适度增长、优化经济结构安置就业、保持社会稳定等方面发挥着重要作用。我国的中小企业在生存和进展中存在着一系列的问题，其中以资金短缺为最主要，中小企业在进展的各个阶段都需要筹集资金。由于中小企业掌握的资源各不相同，可以选择的筹资方式存在差异，选择不同的筹资方式对企业的进展将产生不同的效果。本文通过介绍中小企业的筹资方式，分析、比较各种方式的优缺点,再根据企业的实际情况选择筹资方式，为中小企业的筹资选择提供参考.关键词：中小企业；筹资方式;比较；选择The Discussion of comparison and selection of the financing ways for small and middle enterprises Student:ZHENG Bao-hua Teacher：Abstract: SMEs （ Small Middle Enterprises) are one important component of our national economy 。 It plays an important role in terms of ensuring appropriate growth of national economy， optimizing the economic structure, creating job opportunities, and maintaining social stability。 There exists a series of issues of our SMEs such as survival and development especially in funds shortage。 SMEs in various stages of development need to raise funds。 Because of the resources available to SMEs are different， the financing ways are different, choosing a different financing way will cause a different results to the development of the enterprise.
