从低冲击开发理念看城市雨洪管理利用摘要:随着全球地区生态环境的逐步恶化，雨洪灾害的发生频率及灾害程度越来越严重,并且人们保护环境的意识逐步增强，低冲击开发的理念和技术愈来愈受到全球人民的关注.特别是我国近几年暴雨灾害形势严峻、环境问题比较突出、水资源短缺、水污染严重，在这样的形势下，低冲击开发的核心理念对我国雨洪管理利用就有非常重要的借鉴意义.关键词:低冲击开发;雨洪管理利用；自然水文;源头控制;Abstract:As the global region ecological environment worsen gradually ， the rain flood damage degree and the frequency of disasters is more and more serious, and the people environmental protection consciousness gradually enhanced， low impact development ideas and technology become more and more attention by people around the world.
