传动设计摘要:从本人的设计来看,根据当前主流技术,设计了固定式带式输送机,从而为机械制造的广泛应用提供参考。首先,简明阐述了胶带输送机,分析了其原理和特点;随后,重点介绍了选择方法和计算步骤;然后,从这些准则的角度,对相关的参数进行优化,最后形成了主要部件的调整。从组成元素来分析,一共有多个重要部件,其中六个是主要的,包括传动装置,机架等。随着科技的发展,传送带也呈现更加轻便的形式,并不断发展,速度更快,摩擦更小,距离更长。从材料来看,气垫式传送带发展迅速,成为了比较先进的输送机装置,而在这方面国内的产品仍然存在一定不足。本文从传送机设计,制造,应用三个方面展开研究,并进行了分析和比较。关键词: 带式输送机;选型设计;主要部件AbstractIn this graduation project, the design and analysis of mine fixed belt conveyor are carried 1out, so as to provide reference for the wide application of mechanical manufacturing. Firstly, the belt conveyer is briefly expounded, its principle and characteristics are analyzed. Then, the selection method and calculation procedure are introduced. Then, the relevant parameters are optimized from the angle of these criteria, and the adjustment of the main components is formed at the end. From the analysis of the constituent elements, there are six main components, including the transmission device, the rack, the guide device, the tightening device, the tail and the conveyor belt. The current conveyor belts are developing faster, with smaller friction and longer distances. From the material point of view, the air cushion conveyor belt has developed rapidly and has become a more advanced conveyor device. In this respect, domestic products still have some shortcomings.
