摘 要本文主要针对长裙竹荪的菌裙、菌柄、菌盖、菌托等各不同部位的乙酸乙酯提取物进行了抑菌方面的研究。以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌为实验菌株,通过平板打孔法,以抑菌圈直径为测量指标,对抑菌效果进行评价;采用连续倍比浓度稀释法来确定竹荪不同部位提取物的最低抑菌浓度( MIC值),比较四个部位的抑菌效果。结果如下:(1)长裙竹荪菌柄提取物的抑菌效果是四个部位中最好的,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌的 MIC值都是 25mg/ml,且对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最好;(2)长裙竹荪菌裙的提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC 值是 50mg/ml;(3)长裙竹荪菌盖的提取物对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果最好,MIC 值是 25mg/ml;(4)长裙竹荪菌托的提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌抑菌效果比较好,MIC 值都是 50mg/ml。关键词:长裙竹荪;乙酸乙酯提取物;抑菌圈直径;最低抑菌浓度AbstractIn this paper, the antibacterial activities of ethyl acetate extracts from different parts of Dictyophora indusiata such as fungus skirt, fungus stem, fungus cover and v-olva were studied. Taking Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and salmonella as experimental strains, the bacteriostatic effect was evaluated by the plate punching m-ethod and the diameter of bacteriostatic circle as measurement index. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of extracts from different parts of Dictyophora indusi-ata was determined by continuous multiple dilution method, and the antibacterial eff-ects of the four parts were compared. The results are as follows: (1) The antibacterial effect of Dictyophora indusiata stipe extract is the best among the four parts, MIC va-lues for Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella are all 25mg/ml, and the inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus is the best.(2) The extract of Dictyop-hora indusiata maxim maxim maxim has the best antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, MIC value is 50mg/ml;; (3) The extract of Dictyophora i...
