斜生栅藻对废水中氮、磷的去除效果研究摘 要:为了研究斜生栅藻对废水中氮磷去除效果的影响,在实验室条件下设置了四个不同氮磷比的梯度对斜生栅藻进行培养。试验周期为七天,以每天测定培养液中的磷酸盐和硝态氮的浓度,来分析斜生栅藻在不同氮磷比的条件下对 NO- 3 -N 和 PO3- 4 -P 的去除率。研究结果显示出,在 4:1、8:1、16:1、 35:1 不同氮磷比下,斜生栅藻对磷的去除率分别为99.9% , 87.6% , 67.7% , 89.4% 。 斜 生 栅 藻 从 对 NO- 3 -N 去 除 率 分 别 为93.3%,52.8%,2.2%,1.5%。总体分析得,在氮磷比率为 4:1 的条件下,斜生栅藻的脱氮除磷的效果最好,在此条件下对溶液中硝态氮的去除率达 93.3%,对磷的去除率达到了99.9%。试验显示出在 4:1 的氮磷比率条件下,斜生栅藻对废水中的氮磷有显著的去除效果,在废水处理以及水体富营养化的防治方面具有较大的意义。关键词:氮磷比;斜生栅藻;废水 Study on the removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater by Scenedesmus obliquusAbstract: In order to study the effect of Scenedesmus obliquus on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater, four gradients of different nitrogen and phosphorus ratios were set in the laboratory for the cultivation of stragglers. The experiment period was seven days. The concentration of phosphate and nitrate nitrogen in the culture medium was measured every day to analyze the removal rate of NO- 3 -N and PO3- 4 -P in the condition of different N/P ratio.
